These are some of the most popular questions asked by Tracks4You new customers. Q) Can I hear what the tracks sounds like? A) All tracks have a 45 second listening preview. Simply find the track you want, click on it, then click on the preview and when the box pops up, click on the OPEN button and your computer default player will start after a couple of seconds. (It has recently come to our attention that one or two tracks have no preview. As most of you know our quality, these tracks are available to buy over the phone for e - mail delivery.) Q) Do you issue refunds? A) Following on from the above question, all tracks come with a preview. This gives you a chance to listen to some of the track before purchasing. This means that unless there is an obvious error not on the preview we do not offer refunds. However as stated, if there is a technical error on a track (rare but not impossible being digital), we will do our very best to sort out any problem or, as a last resort, issue a full refund a.s.a.p. £7 for Two tracks or £20 for Six tracks. Q) How do I use the credit system to purchase tracks? A) The credit system enables you to download the tracks immediately to your computer. Just follow these easy steps. Open up an account, select the package you want. You will then be transferred to Worldpay. Put in the amount of money for the package i.e :- £7 for TWO tracks, £20 for SIX tracks. Next pick a track to purchase and download this track to your computer. You will have one credit left. If you are only purchasing 2 tracks pick the next track, download it and that's all there is to it. If you are on the 6 for £20 package, when you go back for the next track you will be shown how many credits are left. This is normally showing 1 credit per track. So you would have 5 credits left. Pick your next track and download this and then repeat the procedure until you have no credits left. With this system you can also leave credits on your account until another day as loads of customers do. So if you don't want to use all your credits up, they will still be waiting when you log back in. Please keep your log in password safe where you can get to it if you forget what it is. Q) How do we contact Tracks4You? Also I might like to sing one on a local television show. Is this possible? A) If you want to use these tracks for recording or TV, you will have to get the permission of the person/persons who own the copyright. Tracks4You does not own the copyright. The onus is on you the client. Q) What format are the tracks in. A) The tracks are in MP3 format. Q) I need a key change! A) We can do this for you on most tracks. The cost is only £5 per key change. But we will only key change a maximum of 2 semi tones above or below the track copy key for tracks with Backing Vocals BV, or 3 semis up or down for tracks without BV's. There is a Key Change button on the front of the Home Page to pay for the changes through Worldpay. Use our Contact e - mail or phone to let us know the keys you want. Tracks are done daily and despatched to you via e - mail. Q) How do I pay for tracks? A) Tracks4You use the secure Worldpay system (always look for the padlock) to process payment by credit & debit cards. Q) I have purchased tracks in the past and when I have received them the end fades. Are some of yours the same? A) Absolutely not. There are NO FADED ENDINGS to any of our QUALITY tracks. Q) How do I download my purchased tracks? A) Simply go to the download in your basket and save to your computer by right clicking on the track, and then in the box, clicking the pop up "save as" button, and saving it to a folder of your choice on your computer.
